Minting an NFT is a transaction that takes place on Polygon network, as well as making claims. Thus, it is possible that when you mint your NFT the network conditions don't allow you to receive it in your wallet.

Here are some steps to ensure that the process has been successful.

  1. Use the /user command with Mobula bot and read the result. If you successfully mint your NFT, its informations will appear in the bot's response.
  2. Go to your wallet’s page on Polygon PoS Chain Explorer and check its possessions. If the mint was a success you will see the NFT on-chain.
  3. Check the NFTs that are in your wallet. The easiest way to do this is to use Trust Wallet as a wallet application. However if you use Metamask you will find a tutorial here.
