Sometimes, claims don't arrive in your wallet due to Polygon network conditions.

You can see this when you use the command /user and notice in Mobula bot’s results that your "Claim" balance is higher than that of your wallet.

However, your wallet does not only receive MOBLs from the Earn system. To see it in detail you have to use Polygon PoS Chain Explorer. Once on the dedicated page of your wallet, you should identify and make the sum of the incoming transactions from the address 0x1a6151207f725800741f1cf4512c9879fde18574. The result will represent what you actually really received from the Earn System.

Finally you will have to compare this result with informations provided by Mobula bot. It is only then that you can be sure whether you have unreceived claims or not.

If your unreceived claim status is confirmed, you will need to complete this form to request the team to send you the difference. Your request will be processed within 2 to 3 days.
